Tasting Notes
This Chateau Pesquie Cuvee Terrasses is purple to ruby in colour with hints of pale violet at the rim. Aromas of intense ripe red berry, sweet mulberry and woodland strawberry with hints of spice, go onto a palate that is full of those berries, plus ripe sweet red and black cherry, coupled with developing soft tannins and white pepper spice on the sides of the tongue. The wine is fresh with balanced acidity and a dry long finish with white pepper spice at the end. This wine is good for drinking now, providing that you give it a minimum of 90 to 120 minutes in a jug and will continue to improve over the next 3 to 5 years. Alcohol 14.0% last tasted 11.06.10
