Tasting Notes
Carlos Serres Rioja Crianza is a lovely cherry garnet colour paling to terracotta pink at the rim. Aromas of sweet coconut, red berry fruit and almost "earthy" notes go onto a delicate but full palate of sweet ripe red and black cherry fruit mixed with elegant fresh raspberry and hints of liquorice, smooth developed tannins and good mouth-weight. Very smooth on the palate it has a medium plus finish with light spicy and buttery notes. 09.01.12
