Tasting Notes
Koura Bay Pinot Noir is light purple paling to ruby in colour with distinctive aromas of sweet liquorice, blackcurrant and blackberry with notes of floral parma violets and cherry. Dry and medium-weight on the palate it has lovely fresh acidity that combines with the raspberry, medium sweet red and black cherry fruits, spicy pepper and toasty bread notes. It has a medium plus dry finish that has buttery and pepper notes. Alcohol 14.0% Tasted 25.11.11
